1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when refunds
may be granted for digital courses purchased on 96Astro Academy.
2. No Refund on Digital Courses
All digital products are final sale. Once
access is granted, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not allowed.
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only for:
• Duplicate payments
• Verified technical issues preventing
access for 7+ days
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
(with bank proof)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be given for:
• Change of mind
• Misunderstanding course content
• Completing or partially completing a
course
• Device or internet issues
• Accidental purchases
5. Subscription Plans
Payments already made are non-refundable.
Cancelling prevents future charges.
6. Course Access
Access remains available as per the
validity purchased. Credentials may not be shared.
7. How to Request a Refund
